§ 1. Donee
- Fundacja Centaurus – Animality, ul. Skarbowców 23A/BUD B3 53-025 Wrocław, entered into the register of associations, other social and professional organizations, foundations, and independent public healthcare facilities kept in the National Court Register by the District Court in Wrocław, VI Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000257551, Regon 020319750, NIP 8982093147 (hereinafter also referred to as the “Foundation”) may accept donations from natural persons and legal entities.
- Donations to the Foundation can be made in the form of financial contributions, cash donations, and in-kind donations.
- All payments and in-kind donations are voluntary and constitute a donation within the meaning of Art. 888 and subsequent articles of the Civil Code.
- Donation collection takes place within and under the rules of the Love Wisely (Kochaj Mądrze) campaign.
- Made donations are non-refundable.
- In the case of making a donation under rules not covered by these regulations, the application of general legal provisions is assumed.
§ 2. Financial Donation
- Payments of donations in the form of monetary funds can be made in particular in the following ways:
- by online transfer via the external payment system DotPay, operated by DotPay sp. z o.o. based in Kraków.
- by online transfer via the external internet payment system PayU available at: https://poland.payu.com/, operated by PayU SA based in Poznań, 60-166 Poznań, at ul. Grunwaldzka 186, a domestic payment institution, supervised by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority, entered into the Register of payment services under the number IP1/2012, entered into the register of entrepreneurs kept by the District Court in Poznań – Nowe Miasto and Wilda in Poznań, VIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000274399, with a share capital of 6,474,300 PLN, fully paid up, holding the tax identification number NIP: 779-23-08-495, REGON 300523444.

- by sending an SMS to one of the numbers:
- to number 74444 (cost 4.92 PLN with VAT)

- to number 92579 (cost 30.75 PLN with VAT)
- Cash donations can be made to stationary donation boxes and collection boxes.
- The collection made pursuant to sec. 2 is conducted on the basis of the permit of the Minister of Interior and Administration 2025/1748/OR to conduct a public collection for the Foundation’s charges.
- The goals of the 2025/1748/OR collection are the allocation of funds for:
- buying out horses and other equines as well as dogs that are kept in poor conditions (and horses that have been designated for slaughter),
- rehabilitation of horses and animals specified in point 1, surgical procedures, consultations, examinations, veterinary services, farrier services,
- purchase of veterinary and rehabilitation equipment, medical, dressing, and hygiene supplies for the animals specified in point 1,
- covering the cost of transporting horses and other animals of the Foundation to the Foundation’s stables, facilities leased by the Foundation, clinics, animal hospitals, or adoption homes,
- current maintenance of animals, i.e., purchase of straw, hay, sawdust for bedding, food, vitamins, dietary supplements, and equipment necessary for animal care,
- maintenance of animal rehabilitation centers run by the Foundation,
- maintenance of rescued animals in boarding facilities and specialized clinics, i.e., costs of the animals’ stay and providing them with specialized round-the-clock care.

§ 3. In-kind Donation
- Persons authorized by the Management Board of the Foundation are authorized to collect donations in kind.
- Donations intended for animals, i.e., food, playthings, leashes, rugs, salt licks, etc., are allocated for animals.
- Movable property unfit for direct use by animals is sold or destroyed (unless it is suitable for other use – the assessment of this condition is the exclusive and indisputable decision of the Foundation).
§ 4. Purpose of the Donation
- The donations made will be allocated to organizational and statutory activities.
- In accordance with § 7 of the Foundation’s statute, it operates in the field of:
- charitable activities;
- health protection and promotion;
- science, education, schooling, and upbringing;
- ecology and animal protection as well as natural heritage protection;
- counteracting social pathologies;
- promotion and organization of volunteering;
- promotion of employment and professional activation of people without work and threatened with unemployment.
§ 6. Final Provisions
- These Regulations enter into force on March 1, 2025, and replace previous regulations covering this issue.
